Hope you are all enjoying the wonderful weather! Either way you look at it ... this IS the Maritimes and it's a great day to come pick up your accreditation for your access to the Festival and you all can take in some entertainment (plus tonight is the Captain Morgan Ultimate Pirate Party afterall!) -- ALL of our entertainment is live today at 12 noon as this is a rain or shine festival (is there any other kind in the Maritimes!) Remember your pass gives you all access to the ships and the Festival Plaza.
The media centre will be open today at 8:30 am on the 2nd floor of the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic. We expect that pick-ups will happen over the weekend and whenever is convenient for all you, as some people are enroute at the moment.
For those who have signed up online and have been emailed your notification. You will receive:
- A Media Passes / Lanyard Tag
- 1 hard copy of the Ship Back Grounders and
- A Dockside Guide / Map
And again after we get tomorrow under our belts, we will do briefings in the morning detailing the various press opps that arise at approx 9:30 am Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
